The City’s contractor, Bluffton Paving, will be performing full depth asphalt repairs in the 100, 200, and 300 blocks of W. Elm St. and the 1100 block of St. Johns Ave. on November 13 and 14, 2014. Traffic will be maintained but traffic delays are expected. The motoring public is asked to use alternate routes during this time period.
