Lincoln Park will be accessible from the east by Elm St. and from the north by Shawnee St. The east parking lot of Stadium Park and Lima Stadium will be accessed from North St. by High St., Sugar St., or Shawnee St.

In addition, Bellefontaine Ave. between Elm St. and Harrison Ave. will be reduced from three lanes to two for the construction of a storm sewer. The remaining two lanes will be used to maintain traffic in both directions.
