A permanent railroad crossing for the Indiana and Ohio Railway (IORY) will be constructed across Bellefontaine Ave. (SR 117 and SR 309) during this closure. Through truck traffic on SR 117 and SR 309 will be detoured to Pine St. , St John’s Ave., 4th St. and IR 75 with signage and changeable message boards. We request that local traffic utilize North St., High St., Kibby St. during this seven day closure.
