[ARCHIVED] ROAD CLOSURE - West 4th Street

The 200 block of 4th St, btwn Norval Ave & the RR tracks, will be closed to thru traffic starting Monday, Jan 9th for approximately 18 days. Repair work will be performed by Dominion Energy on underground utility gas lines.
All work is weather permitting
