LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Lima City Council on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lima Municipal Center, located at 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio 45801 for the purpose of hearing an application for establishment of a Community Entertainment District.
On February 6, 2023, the Lima City Council received an application to create a Community Entertainment District pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code §4301.80. The application noted is on file in the City Council Clerk’s office and available for inspection by the public during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Lima Municipal Center located at 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio 45801.
