The City's contractor, M.P. Dory, will be replacing guardrail on the Jameson Overpass and Metcalf Street bridge near the refinery on March 13, 14 and 15. The traffic on Jameson Overpass will be reduced to one lane during the work and the traffic along Metcalf Street will be flagged, so delays can be expected.
