2023 COMBINED SIDEWALK PROJECT

Project No. 1-23

Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, properly marked “2023 COMBINED SIDEWALK PROJECT” to the Auditor of the City of Lima, Ohio, attention Purchasing Department, in the Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, OH 45801, before 10:00 a.m., Lima time, on Thursday, June 8, 2023.  The outside of the envelope should be properly marked to indicate it is a bid, and the project name.  The outside of the envelope not being properly marked may result in the bid not being received by the Purchasing Department before the deadline and could result in bid being disqualified.  Bids will then be opened and read aloud for:

REPLACEMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 15,867 S.F. of 4” CONCRETE SIDEWALK WALK, 2,488 S.F. OF 6” CONCRETE SIDEWALK and 456 L.F. OF COMPOSITE CURB AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE CITY AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS

This work shall be performed in accordance with plans and specifications available in the Engineering office 50 Town Square, Lima, OH 45801 (Phone 419-221-5288), and copies thereof may be obtained at $10.00 for the plans and General Provisions (not refundable). The check shall be made payable to The City of Lima, Ohio.
