The Department of Utilities Administration offices are located in the Municipal Center at 50 Town Square.

Customer Services Center, formerly Billing & Collection, offices are located at 424 N. Central Avenue with a drive-through service available.

Other divisions of the Utilities Department include:

Water Distribution: Responsible for maintaining hundreds of miles of water lines
Sewer Maintenance: Maintaining the sewer collection system, CSO structures and lift stations
Wastewater Treatment: A 53 million gallon a day tertiary treatment.
