Central
Central Fire Station is located at 433 S. Main Street just south of the river. This station houses the administrative offices and the majority firefighting body of the department. The following apparatus respond from this station: The Command Car (Car 12), Engine 1, Rescue 1 and 2, Ladder 1, 2 front line ambulances, 2 inflatable Rescue Boats, 1 reserve engine, and 1 reserve ambulance. Central is staffed by a Battalion Chief, a Captain, a Lieutenant, and a minimum of 7 firefighters daily. Central's crew provides coverage for the main part of the city. Central territory on Kibby Street, north to the railroad tracks traveling East and West, (Not including) Latham Avenue for single engine responses, and also the entire city for first alarms or greater. Heavy Rescue 1 provides response for motor vehicle rescues, extrications, and first alarms fires or greater.
Station 2
Station 2 is located at 700 E. Third Street. South East side of the intersection of Third and Branson. Engine 2 along with a reserve engine is housed here. The front line primary engine is staffed by 1 ranking officer and 2 or 3 firefighters. Station 2 provides coverage to the south end of the city (not including but south of Kibby St) for single engine responses and also the entire city for first alarm or greater responses.
Station 3
Station 3 is located at 1199 N. West Street. South West corner of N. West Street and Robb Avenue intersection. Engine 3 along with a second reserve ambulance are housed here. The front line primary engine is staffed by 1 ranking officer and 2 or 3 firefighters. Station 3 covers the north end of the city (north of the railroad tracks, traveling East and West, also all of Latham Ave. north) for single engine responses and also the entire city for first alarm or greater responses.
