We will direct your request to the proper division within the Utilities Department, during normal business hours. Should a problem require urgent attention, during normal business hours, please call us immediately (419) 228-5462(LIMA). For evenings and weekends the Utilities after hour’s number is (419) 222-9761. For a police or fire emergency, dial 911.
